Briefing
ECKHART SECURITY, LLC. CONTRACTS & DISPATCH CONTRACT TYPE: Ship Ambush APPROVAL CODE = [APPROVAL CODE] FOR IMMEDIATE PROCESSING We’re looking for contractors with combat experience who are willing to get their hands dirty so to speak. A client of ours was double-crossed by a [AMBUSH TARGET] and we’ve been waiting for an opportunity to deal with the issue. After tracking them for several weeks, we’ve identified Asteroid Mining Base as the ideal spot to intercept them. It features an emission cloud where you can hide and power down your ship while waiting for the [AMBUSH TARGET]. Intel suggests that they may travel with an escort. If they do, you’ll have to deal with them too. Since this is your first contract, we will have other contractors in the area who can lend a hand once you strike. Payment will be issued upon successful completion of contract. There’s a bonus payment of [SCRIP AMOUNT] MG Scrip in this for the main contractor too. This contract is non-negotiable. The developers' own rating, in their own words. The score is their weighted blend of the four axes; the hardest axis is the one worth reading, since a contract that is easy to fly can still be the one that kills you.
What players report
No player reports yet. The SC Overlay asks what a mission involved right after you finish it — the game files only say who gave it to you, not what you actually did.
Before you can take it
Not offered once you have finished a contract marked Intro
Completing it marks you with Intro — which is what later contracts in this chain check for.
Requirements
Availability
Durations come from the game files, which record them as plain numbers with no unit — read as minutes.
