Hi, I'm Dennis Daniel. I'm the IT manager here in Santa Monica Cloud Imperium Games. I heard about Star Citizen when they were doing their first Kickstarter back uh I think uh late 2012. I think I'm most excited about the the story in Squadron 42, but I'm a huge explorer, so I'm very excited about jumping into the PU and trying to find new places and new races and new people to fight. I would say my favorite food in all the world has to be sushi. Favorite music

band? That's kind of tough. It's a actually a local band uh up in Ventura, California called Durango 95. That's kind of tough. Okay. I would say probably one of my my favorite movies is definitely Star Wars. I mean, that pretty much sent the genre, but uh I definitely also love the noir feeling of the original Bladeunner with uh you know, just had a very pulp feeling with a lot of uh you know, kind of dark future and it was very visceral. So, I definitely love that. Let's see. Well, my probably the game I play the most I love is probably the Home World series. just the the

story and being sucked into their universe. It was just um so intense and great storytelling. I loved it. Of course, when I was really young, um I got to play Wing Commander when it first came out. A friend of mine told me about the game, but I didn't believe him it was even possible back in those days. And I came over to his house and he showed me the game. and I felt bad for him because I ignored them for the next 12 hours and pretty much just played the game straight through until I finished it. So, those are two of my favorites. One of my favorite uh hobbies or used to be don't have a lot of time to do it would be scuba diving. Um spent about a year in the Philippines uh learning how to deep dive and uh do all

kinds of exploring and stuff like that. So then my other hobby would be probably traveling. Um, pretty much most of my life I did a lot of extensive world traveling. Spent uh a year traveling Europe and Asia and then a couple years later I did another trip back to Asia. Favorite ship has to be the original Constellation. Um, when I first saw the constellation come out for Star Citizen, I was just like blown away what I could do to see a game finally have, you know, the level of fidelity that I wanted and multi cruise ships where all my friends can jump in there at the same time and go exploring or, you know, you know, just be together as a whole. I think that's what's most exciting about, you know, that particular ship and game. Keep the faith being it here in

Santa Monica. I know how much time that these guys put into it. All facets from development to uh ship art, even to the, you know, video production team. I see people here, they're just working so many hours a day to try to make this dream come true. And, you know, even seeing Chris Roberts putting such an extensive amount of time. I mean, everybody is not just working on the game because it's a job. They're here because they're living it. And they want all of you to experience the same things that they want to experience as well.
