right now to post yes what you do this week that you can actually talk about um not a whole lot no I can I can talk about in very general terms um to speak up though as you probably all you know know we have a lot of Contracting in various U you know various directions around here so we have our development Partners who you know you like turbulent Neil phonic which are not actually part of the company but they are development Partners which means that uh since it's a since it's a different kind of relationship it involves a different kind of paperwork so usually when you work at a company it's HR and you talk directly to HR and your paperwork is employment paperwork with contractors and development Partners you still have to do all of that stuff but it's in a completely like it's it's a different relationship for tax purposes business
