Chris did wanted when he started Star Citizen was to being Hollywood talent in to do ships the way he become accustomed to doing that in the movies so Jim was one of the first folks who volunteered very very early on he did the scythe and then during the camp he did the site for the initial demo and then during the campaign he did the freelancer and the I was probably remember voting on some of his early drawings um the Cutlass he's kind of become our Drake guy since then uh because he's done almost everything for Drake um and so of course he had to have him back for the buccaneer um and he he's it's so cool to talk to him because a he's the nicest man in the world you know you how you can meet somebody and you're just like ah this guy has a really kind soul um that is Jim and he has it's just like no ego about him and he has worked on

later today still lots of work to do on 2.4 this is uh you know we talk a lot about how it's a big patch possibly our one of our biggest patches since 2.0 uh while they're definitely the big special front facing features uh flyable star Fair uh uh the Reliant in the hangar ready uh the shopping system and stuff uh there's a lot under the hood you know we it's a refactoring of the entire game to add to add persistence uh underneath everything to bring the hangers online so they run up on our servers instead of your your local PCS uh the item Port system is huge it's what it's what it will allow the customization of your ships your character almost everything is connected to that important somewhere yeah so I mean if if you're looking at it yeah on the surface level and like yeah it's got some cool features and

it's on the longer term schedule you guys probably see we went we did the star fair and then the uh constellation and the caterpillar and now we're moving on to the uh Carrick and then after that you know the merchantment and the uh Orion and the reclaimer and so on uh unregistered asks yesterday we saw in the ATV fast forward he says the reverse the first fast forward but the ATP fast forward somebody destroying panels for lighting and other stuff will it be possible for US citizens to learn about these systems and be able to repair them so we'll be able to specialize in systems and infrastructures within the universe we're still working out the prototyping of the piping system so that might be a little a little bit cart before the horse well I mean repair is part of the piping system because especially for ships where you know the idea is the
