   [Music] The Arc is proud to introduce Starmap version 1.0 utilizing the vast libraries of data the ark has develop this interactive software to provide a comprehensive and informative way to study the known universe as it currently stands this is not a static product The Arc will provide consistent updates to the starm map whenever new data is verified and ultimately link it directly into the galactia once you've loaded the star map you will arrive at the Galaxy view which shows all known systems in the Star Citizen Universe at the top of the screen you

   will find a toolbar for general settings Galaxy view system view celestial object View and on the right side you will find the audio toggle and full screen toggle at the bottom of the screen there's another toolbar for starm map tools search bookmarks Roots we will explain these tools a bit later in the video to browse the starm map simply use your mouse wheel or touchpad to zoom in or out click and drag to rotate the camera right click on an object in order to view the contextual menu if you select inspect the camera will zoom in

   on that object if you select information an information box will appear on the top right corner of your screen if you select rooting you will access the rooting tool choose a destination and it will display a couple of rooting options if you select bookmark the object will be saved in your bookmarks for easy access in the future you must be logged in to use the bookmark feature simply click outside the menu in order to close it there are many known systems in the stares in Universe use the filters below to view Roots small medium large factions and long range sensors use a Search tool to quickly

   find a given system you are now in system view you can rightclick on any celestial object in that system you will see an example of the information box in the top right corner of your screen click outside the menu to close the information box click on the sensors to view life forms economy and crime to use the rooting tool enter your departure point and destination point you can step through through all the route segments until you reach your destination if you click on a jump point you will be instantly transported to that system some systems have not been fully mapped out and the arc probe network
