   so the the Vandal fleet has been in existence for for quite a while we actually if you look online you'll actually find lots of shots of the uh initial models uh available um to to various people getting into the build these ships we've kind of Taken and and we really kind of had to reinvent the wheel on how we would efficiently uh make these ships so previously it was kind of thought that we could kind of model all this stuff and and theoretically we we could like the render would deal with that okay but the problem that you get in the engine is that when something drops below a pixel on screen ratio you get anti-aliasing so and when you're making a ship that's completely based around metal essentially things run a high risk of turning into a beet rout a given distance so you can you can kind of lot that stuff out as efficiently as you

   want to but it just becomes far too labor intensive it's really about kind of going back to the beginning and establishing you know a more kind of alien look should we say um for the whole Fleet and really kind of making making that kind of foundation filter through to the rest of the fleet so our hero asset should we say for the for the Vandal stuff is is the driller at the moment um Matt and Colin have been working very hard on that and and establishing really the pipeline and and and the work that goes into making that that that kind of look work so it's not as black and white as okay we've made an Idis and then then we go off and make a vandal thing the the the the approaches are are completely different um the styles are completely different so you you kind of have to have a different mindset when you're creating this stuff so Matt Matt and con have been kind of

   working in isolation for a while they well you know we've tried our best to kind of give them the room and space to to kind of establish this stuff um which they have done I think I think what you see today will be will kind of nail that for you
