The objective of this build is to assist a PVP pirate squad in acquiring the most BOOTY!

Weapons

Mixed Distortion Build

Great for disabling larger ships. May raise TTK on smaller targets.

Optimal Range ~800m
Use Trigger Discipline

Pros: Disables Ships,
HIGH Sustained DPS, High Alpha Damage,

Cons: Slow Projectile Speed, Slow Firerate

Missiles

EM missiles seem to be working the best.

Components

The Quadracell seems to have the best ratio between distortion protection and component health. In 3.16 gold standard ships seem to be experiencing shutdowns from damage. Honorable Mention – JS-300

There is no reason to upgrade coolers unless they cant handle your build. Stealth Values are all the same.

Grade A Shields have superior health pool. What sets the FR-66 apart is its distortion resistance. Stealth Capabilities are same across all shields. Honorable Mention – Palisade for Ballistic Resistance

As with any ship with 583 quantum fuel units I went
with an atlas because it is one of the fastest size 1 drives that can
make a trip from one end of the system to the other without needing to
stop and refuel. Honorable Mention, Voyage

OR

This drive is fast enough to catch up to people making jumps from P.O. to Hurston. Something to think about.
