Build Premise
The primary focus of this build is is to dispatch light bounties and salvage their Hulls. The Orange Build is my favorite.
Weapons
Laser Cannon Build
Great for PVE bounties, and for fighting larger ships.
Optimal Range ~800m
Use Trigger Discipline
Pros: HIGH Sustained DPS, High Alpha Damage
Cons: Slow Projectile Speed, Slow Firerate
Laser Repeater Build
Higher Projectile Speed can be beneficial in PVP.
Pros: High Projectile Speed, Long Range, Fast Firerate
Cons: Low Alpha Damage
Components
Extra power yields no benefit. 3.18 Base-lined Component HP so there is no reason to upgrade your power plant, unless they cant handle your build. Stealth Values are all the same. However if you do decide to upgrade go with the JS300.

Grade A Shields are superior in 3.18. The only difference between size 2 shields have to do with distortion protection and recovery and the FR-66 has the best balance in my opinion.
As with any ship with 583 quantum fuel units I went
with an atlas because it is one of the fastest size 1 drives that can
make a trip from one end of the system to the other without needing to
